Hey everybody. Hannah Ingram here. Welcome in.
Look at that title for one second before we go anywhere.
You are one webinar away from the life you want.
I mean that literally. Not as a slogan. Not as a hook I wrote to get you in the room.
I am going to spend the next ninety minutes showing you why that sentence is true, and what it looked like when it came true for me.
But first, drop your city in the chat. I want to see where everyone is.
AD-LIB: read 3 or 4 cities. 20 seconds max. "Detroit, love it. Atlanta. Phoenix. Toronto, okay, we are international."
Okay. Good. Let's go.
Here is who this is for.
You have a course. Or a coaching program. Or a service.
And the people who already know you buy it. Your friends. Your followers. The people who have watched you for a year and finally said yes.
But strangers do not.
You put it in front of someone who has never heard of you, and nothing happens. They scroll past. They click and leave. They say "I will think about it" and you never hear from them again.
If that is you, I am going to show you the one webinar I ran every Wednesday for two years that fixed that for me.
And I am going to show you what it bought me. Because that part matters too. The numbers are not the point. The life is the point.
And I want to be really clear about what fixed it, because it was not what I thought it would be.
It was not more content. I was already posting every single day.
It was not more DMs. I was in the DMs until midnight, sending the same link over and over.
And it was not a calendar full of sales calls. I have never run my business that way. I never will. And by the end of tonight you are going to understand why.
It was one webinar.
One hour. One day a week. Built once.
That is the whole machine.
I know that sounds too simple. Stay with me. By the end of this you are going to see exactly why simple is the reason it works.
Now some of you are already going, Hannah, I tried a webinar. It flopped.
I know. Mine did too. My first one was a disaster, and I am going to tell you the whole story in a few minutes.
But hear this now.
If your webinar flopped, it was not because webinars do not work for you.
It was because you taught too much.
And we are going to fix that today too.
So here is what you are walking out with tonight.
One. The exact structure of the one hour I ran every Wednesday. Minute by minute. Where the story goes, where the proof goes, where the offer goes, and how long each piece gets.
Two. The one belief you have to change in a stranger's head before they will buy from you. Not five things. Not three secrets. One belief.
Three. What to leave OUT of your webinar. That is the part nobody teaches. And it is the part that made mine sell.
Stay to the end.
At the end, I am going to show you how my team and I can build this entire thing for you.
And I brought someone with me tonight. Someone who builds these for a living. You are going to meet him before we are done, and you are going to see what his builds look like.
But that is the end. First I owe you the goods.
Type "one webinar" in the chat if you are in for the full ninety.
Wait for the chat to move. Read two names. "I see you Marcus. Tanya, you are in. Okay."
Let's go.
Quick version of who I am, because most of you know one half of my story and have never seen the other half.
That is me in front of one of my car washes.
I am known for buying businesses. Car washes. Laundromats. Real estate.
That is what I talk about online. That is what people know me for. If you found me on TikTok, that is the Hannah you found.
And over the last few years I taught thousands of people how to do exactly that. How to find a business, how to evaluate it, how to buy it without needing a pile of cash.
Point at the number on screen. If the placeholder is still showing, say the real student count out loud.
That is the half you know.
Here is the half you do not know.
And honestly, this half is the one that changed my life more.
SLOW DOWN. Three full seconds of silence. Let them read it.
That is my tracking dashboard for the education side of my business.
March 2023 to October 2025.
Seven point four million dollars.
Almost twenty-two thousand sales.
Three hundred and fifty-three thousand leads.
To strangers.
People who had never heard of me before the week they bought.
And I have to say this clearly, because it matters.
That is my result. It is not a promise.
I am not telling you that you will make that. Nobody can tell you that. Your results depend on your offer, your market, and whether you actually do the work.
I am showing it to you for one reason.
So you understand that what I am about to teach you is not a theory I read somewhere.
It is the actual engine behind the life. And I want you to see the life too, because a number on a dashboard does not mean anything by itself.
ClickFunnels gave me an award for it. Two Comma Club. That is me on stage.
And that is the day I bought the car I had wanted since I was a kid.
I am not showing you that to flex. I promise. I am showing you because of where the money came from. And you are about to see that.
May of 2024, I went to Japan for a month.
Not a week. A month.
No calls. No DMs. No launch. I did not post about my offer once.
I ate ramen. I got lost in Tokyo. I did not open my laptop for work one time.
And that month, the webinar did about three hundred thousand dollars.
One webinar. Running on the same day it always ran. To strangers.
Zero sales calls. Zero. While I was on the other side of the world eating ramen.
Again, that is my result, not a promise. But I need you to see what one webinar can do when it is built right and it runs without you.
The car. The trip. The businesses I bought.
All of it came from one webinar.
Not a hundred pieces of content. Not a calendar full of calls.
One webinar. Built once. Run every week.
Now, along the way I built an audience of over a million people across TikTok and Instagram.
And I know what some of you are thinking. Of course it worked, Hannah. You have a million followers.
Here is the thing I want you to catch.
Every single one of those twenty-two thousand buyers started as a stranger.
They did not follow me for a year first.
They did not know me.
They found one hour, on one day, and in that hour they decided I was real.
That is what I am going to show you how to build.
But it did not start there.
Let me take you back to 2022. Before the Wednesday. Before a single stranger had bought anything from me.
In 2022 I started going live on TikTok. Just talking about buying businesses. Car washes, laundromats, how the deals actually work, what the numbers look like.
And two of my videos went viral. I did not plan that. I want to be honest with you, I got lucky. I could not tell you what I did differently on those two.
And suddenly I had an audience. Overnight. People were watching. People were asking questions. People wanted more.
So I put a course together, and I sold it on TikTok Live.
And the people watching bought.
That is how I made my first money teaching. Live, to an audience that already knew me from the videos.
And I thought, this is it. I figured it out. I am going to do this forever.
I remember the first night it worked. I was sitting on my couch with my phone propped against a candle, and the notifications kept coming in. I thought I had cracked the whole game.
And then that audience stopped buying.
Everyone who was going to buy from the viral wave already had.
The lives got quieter. The sales stopped.
And I remember sitting there going, what changed? I am doing the same thing. I am saying the same words. Why is nobody buying?
So I did what everyone does.
I posted more videos. Every day.
Link in my bio. On every single one.
Comment the word and I will DM you the link. And then I would sit there and DM the link. One at a time. To every person who commented.
Some of you are doing this right now. I see you. I was you.
And every time I sent that link, I was hoping. Maybe this one. Maybe this is the person. And I would check back an hour later and the link had been opened and nothing had happened. That was my whole day. Post, hope, check, nothing.
Here is what was actually happening, and it took me way too long to see it.
I ran out of people who knew me.
And you cannot make two videos go viral on purpose. I tried. Believe me, I tried. I studied those two videos like they were scripture. I could not do it again.
So I did more of it.
More videos, chasing the next viral one.
More comment words. Comment WASH and I will send it. Comment MONEY. Comment READY. Comment anything.
Hundreds of comments. A handful of clicks. Almost no sales.
Seven videos a week. One link in bio. Zero strangers buying.
The same link. The same ask. Over and over.
And here is what I did not understand yet.
A fifteen-second video cannot make a stranger trust you with their card.
I was asking it to. Every single day. And then getting mad at the video when it did not work.
And at some point I had to be honest with myself.
A business that only makes money when a video happens to hit is not a business.
It is a lottery ticket.
And I had already cashed mine in.
So then I tried a webinar.
Because I had seen other people do them. And I figured, I am good live. I sold on TikTok Live. How hard can it be.
My first one, I taught for ninety minutes. Everything I knew.
Every step of how to find a business.
Every framework for evaluating a deal.
Every tactic for financing it.
I emptied the whole tank. I was so proud of it. I thought, this is the most value anyone has ever given away for free.
The chat was going crazy. "This is amazing." "Best training I have ever seen." "Thank you Hannah, this is so generous."
And then I made the offer.
And almost nobody bought.
I sat there after and I did not understand it. They loved it. They said so. Where did they go?
Here is what actually happened in that room. I only understood this later.
They walked away overwhelmed.
With a page full of homework.
Feeling like they had enough to go try it alone.
So they said thanks. And they left.
I gave them so much that they did not need me anymore. At least, that is what it felt like to them. And a month later, most of them had not done a single thing with it.
That was not a webinar problem.
That was a structure problem.
I did not know that yet.
Someone else did.
Then I met someone.
Someone who builds these for a living. Not as a side thing. This is what he does, every day, for people who sell a course, coaching, or a service.
I am going to tell you who at the end of this. He is actually here tonight.
We sat down together and built one webinar.
Not a launch. Not a content plan. Not a funnel with twelve pieces.
One presentation. Built to sell.
And I want you to notice something about that sentence. Built to sell. Not built to impress. Not built to prove I knew what I was talking about. Built to do one job.
We called it the Wednesday.
Because that is what it was. Wednesday. Same time. Every week.
Here is what we changed.
We stopped trying to teach everything. That was the first thing he said to me. Hannah, you are teaching too much. You are giving them the whole course and then asking them to buy the course.
We picked one day. Wednesday.
We picked one hour. Not ninety minutes. Not two hours. One.
And we built that hour to do ONE thing. Change what a stranger believed about whether THEY could do this.
Not teach them how. Change what they believed. That is a completely different job, and once I understood that, everything changed.
The first one sold.
The next one sold more.
And then I just kept running it.
Same day. Same hour. Every week. For two years.
I did not rebuild it every week. I did not come up with a new topic. Same presentation. Same story. Same offer. Same slides.
Strangers found that Wednesday every week. They sat in the room for an hour. And they bought.
Seven point four million dollars from that Wednesday. Twenty-two thousand buyers later.
One webinar. Built once, with the right person.
That is where every one of those buyers came from. Not the viral videos. Not the link in bio. The Wednesday.
And here is the part that actually changed my life.
The rest of the week was mine.
I bought car washes on the other six days. I bought real estate. I got on planes.
Because the selling took one hour, and the webinar did the selling.
I was not on the phone. I was not chasing anybody. I was not in the DMs at midnight. Wednesday happened, and then I went and lived.
I want you to sit with that for a second. Because most of you did not start a business to be on your phone fourteen hours a day. You started it for the other six days. And somewhere along the way the other six days disappeared.
This is the part I want you to hear.
I was not more talented than you.
I was not a better teacher than you. My first webinar proved that.
I was one webinar ahead of you. That is it. That is the whole gap.
The life you are picturing is not on the other side of more work.
It is on the other side of one presentation that sells while you live.
Let me tell you a quick story.
There was a farmer. Poor his whole life. Worked that land until his hands gave out. Never had anything. Died with nothing.
And after he died, they found oil under the farm.
He was a millionaire the whole time.
He just never drilled.
You are standing on the oil field.
You have the course. You have the coaching. You have the service. You have the thing that gets people results. You are standing on it right now.
You do not need more land. You do not need another offer, another platform, another audience.
You need the well.
The one webinar is the well.
Here is what most people in this room believe right now. Maybe not out loud. But you believe it.
The fastest way to sell my course, coaching, or service to strangers is to book more sales calls and work it every day.
More calls. More content. More DMs. More hustle. Grind harder and eventually it clicks.
That is the old belief. And it is what has you stuck.
Here is what I am going to prove to you tonight.
The fastest way to sell my course, coaching, or service to strangers is ONE webinar, built to sell instead of teach, run every week.
That is the new belief.
And it is the only thing standing between you and the life you want.
Everything I show you from here is proof of that one sentence. Nothing else. Watch for that, because it is also the lesson.
The way I build the hour is called the LESS Method.
L. Lead with your story.
E. Expose the one lie.
S. Show only what proves it.
S. Send them to the next step.
Write that down. I am going to walk you through every letter, minute by minute, in a few minutes.
But here is the whole method in one line.
A webinar that sells teaches less.
Not more. Less. That is the hour.
Now let me prove why the old way stopped working. Because you need to see that it was never you.
Quick question. Why did your friends buy?
Why did the people who already followed you buy your thing?
Because they already trusted you. That is it.
They had watched you for months. They had seen you be real. They had seen you be wrong and admit it. When you said "I have a course," they did not need convincing. They needed a link.
So why are strangers not buying?
It is not your content. Your content is fine. Your friends bought off the same content.
It is not your price. Your friends paid the same price.
It is trust. And you cannot post your way to a stranger's trust in a fifteen-second reel. It does not matter how good the reel is. Fifteen seconds is not enough time for a human being to decide you are real.
It is 2026.
Nobody clicks a link and hands a stranger their card.
Nobody books a call with someone they saw once.
Think about your own behavior. When was the last time you saw one video from someone you had never heard of and bought their thing that same day? Never. So why are we expecting strangers to do it for us?
And the "book a call" machine everyone is teaching? DM them, get them on the phone, close them one at a time?
That is built for a world that does not exist anymore.
It is built for a world where a stranger will get on a call with someone they do not know. And they will not. Not anymore. Look at your own no-show rate if you do not believe me.
Let's do the math on it anyway.
Ten calls a week. Thirty minutes each. Half of them show up. You close two.
Five hours of your life. Plus the follow-up. Plus the no-show texts. Plus the "hey, just checking in" messages that nobody answers.
For two sales.
And you have to do it again next week. From zero. Every week, forever.
And that is the good version. That is the version where you are decent on the phone and the leads are warm. Most people in this room are not getting ten calls booked a week. They are getting three, and one shows up.
And here is the trap.
It works just enough to keep you doing it.
Two sales. You made some money. So you cannot quit it. But it never gets easier. It never scales. And it eats your whole week.
That is the trap. That is where most people in this room are living right now.
So hear me.
It was never you.
You were handed a machine built for one stranger at a time. In a world where strangers need to watch you for an hour first.
The machine was wrong. Not you.
You did everything they told you to do. The instructions were wrong.
Type "not me" in the chat if that landed.
Wait. Read two or three. "Not me. Okay Sarah. Not me. Yes."
Okay. So if not a call, and not a link, then what?
Here is the one place a stranger will give you an hour.
Not a call. They will not get on a call with you.
Not their card from a link. They will not do that either.
But they WILL give you an hour if you promise to teach them something they want.
That is the only door that is still open in 2026. And most people are walking right past it to go bang on the doors that are locked.
Think about what happens in that hour. Think about what is happening right now, in this room.
They hear your story. You are hearing mine.
They watch you teach. You are watching me teach.
They see the chat. You saw a hundred people type "not me." You are not alone in here, and you can feel that.
And they decide you are real.
That is trust at scale. Everyone in the room at once. Not one at a time on a phone.
And here is the shift that made mine work.
A webinar is not an event.
It is a day of the week.
Most people run a webinar once, like a launch. Big push, big stress, then nothing for three months.
Mine was Wednesday. Every Wednesday. Like a store that opens at the same time every day.
When it is the same day, every week, three things happen.
One. Strangers keep finding it. Every ad, every post, every reel points at Wednesday. You are not selling the course in the reel anymore. You are inviting them to Wednesday. That is a much easier yes.
Two. You get better every week. My fiftieth Wednesday sold more than my tenth. Because I had run it forty more times. You cannot get that from a launch you run twice a year.
Three. Everyone who was going to buy that week is in the same room, hears the same story, and buys at the same time. You are not spread across forty calls. You are in one room, once.
So look at the two side by side.
Sales calls. A calendar. No-shows. The same pitch forty times. One person at a time.
Or one hour. Everyone at once. Every week.
Roughly the same amount of your time. Completely different result.
Now, before I show you the structure, I want to take something off your plate.
You do not need a new offer.
You already have the two things a selling webinar is made of.
One. Your offer. Your course. Your coaching. Your service. The thing that already gets people results. You do not touch that. We build the thing that sells it.
Two. Your story. The wall you hit. The thing you figured out. You already lived it. It just goes in the right spot in the hour.
That is it. That is the raw material. You are not starting from zero. You are starting from two.
And here is something that surprised me.
Your mess-ups sell more than your wins.
When I told the room about my first webinar flopping, that is when people leaned in. Not when I showed the car.
Because that is where they are. They are in the flop. They have never been in the car.
So if you are sitting there thinking, I do not have a good enough story, my story is a mess. Good. The mess is the story.
The wall you hit is the most valuable thing you own. Because the person watching is standing at that same wall right now. And when you tell them you were there, and you got through, that is when they start to believe they can too. Not when you show them the result. When you show them the wall.
Okay. Write this down. This is the hour.
The LESS Method. Minute by minute.
Sixty minutes. Four pieces. Lead. Expose. Show. Send.
This is exactly what I run every Wednesday. And it is exactly what you are sitting inside of right now. I want you to notice that as we go.
L. Minutes zero to twelve. Lead with your story.
Who you are. Your proof. Your story, with the mess-ups in it.
Not your credentials. Nobody cares about your certifications. Nobody has ever bought because of a certification.
Your wall. Your discovery. Your result.
That is what I did in the first twelve minutes tonight. The car washes. The seven million. The 2022 story. The flop. The Wednesday.
By minute twelve, they should be thinking one thing.
She was where I am.
Not "she is impressive." Not "she is so smart." She was where I am.
If they think that, the rest of the hour works. If they do not, nothing you teach after that matters. They will admire you and they will not buy from you.
E. Minutes twelve to twenty. Expose the one lie.
Every stranger in the room believes ONE thing that is keeping them stuck.
You name it. You show them it was never their fault. And you replace it with the truth.
That was the "it was never you" section I just did. The old belief. The sales call math. The trap. That was me exposing the lie.
Let me give you examples so you can find yours.
For my car wash students, the lie was: "I need a lot of money to buy a business." That is what kept every one of them stuck. So that is what my Wednesday was built to break.
For you, tonight, the lie is: "I need more calls and more content." That is what I am breaking right now.
One lie. Not five. Not "three secrets." One.
If you try to break five beliefs in an hour, you break none of them.
S. Minutes twenty to forty-five. Show only what proves it.
This is the part where you taught too much.
This is where my first webinar died. And I want to spend real time here, because this is the whole thing.
First I want to tell you why you did it. Because it is not a character flaw.
You have a teaching brain. So do I.
You got good at something. People asked how. You wanted to help.
That is the whole reason you have a course, a coaching program, or a service in the first place. You are a helper. That is a good thing. It is also the exact thing that killed your webinar.
Nobody ever told you that. Every webinar training you have ever seen told you to "deliver massive value." So you did. And it did not work, and you thought the problem was you. The problem was the instruction.
It is normal. It is in our nature.
You know the answer, so you give the answer.
Holding something back feels like cheating them.
Teaching feels generous. Selling feels greedy.
And I will be honest with you. Right now, on this webinar, I can feel it. I want to go into full teach mode. I want to open up the whole thing and show you every slide I have ever built. I am fighting it as I talk to you.
Beat. Let that sit. Smile.
But that is not how you do a webinar.
A webinar is not a class.
The second you teach to be complete instead of to be believed, they fill up and they leave.
Save the full teach for the people who paid for it. That is where it belongs. And that is where it is worth something.
Inside my program, I teach everything. On Wednesday, I teach enough.
And here is the thing that took me the longest to accept. Teaching less is not withholding. It is respecting what a webinar is for. A stranger did not show up to become an expert in an hour. They showed up to find out if this is possible for them, and if you are the person to help. That is the question you are answering. Not "how does every piece work."
Here is the rule for minutes twenty to forty-five.
Every single thing you teach in this section exists to prove the new belief. That is its only job.
If it does not move the belief, it comes out. Even your best stuff. ESPECIALLY your best stuff. Because your best stuff is the stuff that makes them feel like they can go do it alone.
Show the mechanism works. Show it works for people like them. Show enough of the how that they could run it badly tomorrow.
And then you stop.
That is the hardest sentence in this whole training. And then you stop.
When you keep going, they get full.
And full people do not buy.
Full people go home to "try it."
And "try it" means they never come back. They do not fail loudly. They just drift. And you never find out what happened to them.
So what do you show in those twenty-five minutes?
Your named mechanism.
The way you get the result, with a name on it.
Mine is the LESS Method. That is what you are learning right now.
A stranger cannot buy "I help people with webinars." That is not a thing. They can buy the LESS Method.
Your webinar has to have one. If you take one thing from this section, take that.
And I know some of you are thinking, but what I do is not that special. It is just coaching. It is just a service. I promise you, the way you do it is different from the way the person next to you does it. You have just never put a name on the difference. That is all a mechanism is. Your way, named.
Because without one, here is what happens.
You are "an online coach." "A consultant." "A service business." One of a million.
So they compare you on the only thing left to compare. Price.
No named mechanism means you are a commodity. Not a specialist.
And commodities get haggled with. Specialists get paid.
Think about it like this.
If your grandmother needed heart surgery, would you send her to a regular doctor?
No. You would find a heart surgeon.
Not because the family doctor is bad. The family doctor is great. But when it matters, people find the specialist who does the one thing.
And here is the part I want you to notice. Nobody haggles with the heart surgeon. Nobody says, "can you do it for half?" You find the best one you can and you pay what it costs. Because it is your grandmother.
The mechanism makes you the heart surgeon.
Not "a coach." The person with a named way of getting this exact result.
That is what a stranger pays a premium for.
And it is what my twenty-five minutes of proof are built around. Every Wednesday, I am not teaching "how to buy a business." I am showing them my named way of doing it, and proving it works for people like them. That is the whole middle of the hour.
Type "specialist" in the chat if you want to be the heart surgeon in your space.
Wait. Read a couple. "Specialist. Specialist. I see you."
Here is the whole thing in one sentence. If you write down one line tonight, write this one.
Teach enough to believe.
Not enough to leave.
That is the entire difference between my first webinar and my Wednesday.
Last letter. S. Minutes forty-five to sixty. Send them to the next step.
The transition. The offer. The close.
And this is the other place people die. They apologize for selling.
They get to minute forty-five and their whole voice changes. "So, um, I do have a program, if anyone is interested, no pressure, you can totally ignore this part."
And the room feels it. All the trust you built in forty-five minutes, gone in one sentence. Because if you do not believe in the next step, why would they?
Here is my transition. Word for word. You are going to hear me say it in a few minutes.
"Now, some of you are thinking, can I just go do this myself. Yes. You can. Here is what that looks like. Or, here is the faster way."
That is it. No cringe. No apology.
The offer is the next true thing. If you believe what you just taught, then the offer is just the logical next step. You do not apologize for the next step.
So here is the hour.
Twelve minutes of story. Eight minutes on the lie. Twenty-five minutes of proof. Fifteen minutes of offer.
Sixty minutes. Same every week. That is the machine.
Type "less" in the chat if you see it now.
Wait for the chat. Read two.
Okay. Now I have to be honest with you about something.
The structure is real. Everything I just showed you is real. It is exactly what I run.
But here is what it took to make it actually sell.
Two years of Wednesdays.
A first webinar that flopped because I taught too much.
Rewriting the script over and over until I found what to leave out. That took months. Not one rewrite. Dozens.
Building a deck that walked the room through the belief. Slide by slide. Every slide with one job.
And the part nobody talks about. The follow-up.
Because here is what I learned.
Most of the money was not in the hour.
It was in the follow-up after the hour.
Reminders that got people to actually show up. Because half of them will not, unless you do this right.
Emails to people who watched and did not buy.
Emails to people who registered and missed it.
The hour is the engine. The follow-up is where the money actually gets collected. I did not know that for the first six months, and it cost me.
So if you want to do this yourself, here is the path.
Write the script.
Figure out what to cut.
Build the slides.
Write the emails.
Run it. Flop once or twice. You will. Everybody does.
Rewrite it. Run it again.
It works. It took me two years.
And I mean that. You can do this. I have told you exactly how. The structure is not a secret.
Or.
Before I show you the other option, I want you to picture something.
A year from now. If nothing changes.
Financially, you are still selling to people who already know you. And that list is a little quieter than it is today. Because it is always a little quieter next year.
Mentally, you are still in the DMs at eleven at night. Wondering why you work this hard for this little.
At home, your family sees you on your phone. Again.
And the worst part. You know your stuff works. You have the results to prove it. You just never figured out how to get strangers in the door.
That is not a scary story I made up. That is just what happens when nothing changes.
Now picture a year from now with the Wednesday.
Financially, strangers are buying your offer every week. From one presentation you built once.
Mentally, you go live for an hour, you close the laptop, and your head is clear the other six days.
At home, you are there. Actually there. Or you are in Japan, and it still ran.
And wealth. The money from the webinar is buying assets. Not paying for more ads and more calls.
That is what I did with mine. The car washes were bought with Wednesday money.
That is not a different person.
That is you. One webinar from now.
Same offer. Same story. Same you. One webinar.
So here is the transition I told you about. Watch me do it.
Some of you are thinking, can I just go do this myself?
Yes. You can. I just showed you what that looks like. Two years.
Or, here is the faster way.
It is called The One Webinar Machine.
My team and I build the one webinar for you.
You show up for the hour. It does the selling.
That is the whole thing. Let me show you what is inside.
First, what we are NOT building.
We are not building your course, your coaching, or your service. You already have that. It already works. Your friends proved it works.
We build the thing that sells it.
And here is where every build starts. This is the part I care about most.
Before a word of script gets written, my team sits with you.
We pull out your story. Your wall, your discovery, the flop, the turn.
We pull out your voice. How you actually talk. The words you use. The words you would never use.
We pull out your brand. What your people already know you for.
That is what the whole presentation is built out of. Not a template. You.
This is what Chris did with me. Before he wrote anything, he asked me questions for hours. About the car washes. About the two videos. About the night the sales stopped. About why I even started teaching. And when the script came back, it did not read like a script. It read like me telling the story I had already told my friends a hundred times. Just in the right order.
Because here is why regular scripts do not work. And a lot of you have bought one.
A template script sounds like the person who wrote the template.
The room can hear it. Strangers can smell someone reading words that are not theirs. They cannot tell you what is wrong, but they feel it, and they leave.
Trust is the whole game. And you cannot borrow it from a script.
The one that sells sounds like you on your best day. That is what we build.
It has to sound like you.
Your story in your words. Your mechanism with your name on it.
When you read it off the monitor, it should feel like something you have said a hundred times.
That is what mine feels like. That is why it works.
So here is what you get. Five pieces.
One. Your offer, sharpened.
Your course, coaching, or service, turned into an offer a stranger will buy. On my structure.
Your named mechanism. We name it with you. The promise. The bonuses. The reason to act now.
Because nobody buys a course. Nobody buys a service. They buy an outcome with the risk removed, from a specialist. We make you the specialist.
Two. Your script. Word for word.
On the LESS Method, in your voice.
Your story in the first twelve minutes. Your one lie. Your proof. Your transition. Your close.
And we decide what to leave out. That is the part you cannot see from inside your own head. We can.
Three. Your slide deck. Presentation-ready.
Every slide. Click cues so you never have to remember what comes next.
You read, you click, the room moves. That is what I am doing right now. I have a script in front of me and I am clicking.
Four. Your follow-up. Where the money actually is.
Reminder emails that get people to show up.
The sequence for people who watched and did not buy.
The sequence for people who missed it. Replay emails.
Written. Ready. This is the piece I told you took me the longest to figure out, and it comes done.
Think about what that means. Somebody registers on Monday. They get reminded. They show up Wednesday. They watch. If they do not buy, they get followed up with. If they missed it, they get the replay. You did not write any of that. It just runs.
Five. My full training, as a student.
So you understand every piece of what we built, and why.
You are not just handed a script. You understand the machine. So when you want to build a second one, or change the offer, you know how it works.
Then you show up for the hour.
Wednesday. Or whatever your day is. One hour.
That is your job. The other six days are yours.
And here is the part that did not exist when I did it.
After you launch, you get us for sixty days.
Once your webinar is built and you go live, you get coaching access to me and my team for sixty days. In Slack.
You run your first Wednesdays. You ask us anything. We help you dial in the offer, the slides, and the follow-up as the real numbers come in.
Because the first few Wednesdays are where you learn the most. And that is exactly when you should not be alone.
When I ran my first Wednesday, I had Chris. I could text him after and say, the room went quiet at minute thirty, what happened? And he could tell me. That is what this is. That is the thing I wish every person in this room had, and now you can.
Here is what that actually looks like.
You have a question at nine at night about your offer, your slides, your follow-up. You get an answer.
Your first numbers come in. Registrations, show-up, sales. We tell you what they mean and what to change.
Direct line to the people who built the thing. Not a support inbox. Not a ticket number.
And it is sixty days after launch. Not sixty days after you sign. The clock starts when you go live.
Here is my promise on the build.
You get us your offer, your story, your proof.
We deliver your script, your deck, and your follow-up inside thirty days.
If we miss it, we keep working at no cost until it is done.
And I want to be precise. That is a promise about the work. It is not a promise about your income. Nobody can promise you that, and if someone does, run.
Now. Two people are hearing this same hour right now.
One of them is thinking, "what does it cost?"
The other one is thinking, "what will it make me?"
Same offer. Same room. Two completely different lives.
The question you ask is the life you live.
I have been both people. I asked "what does it cost" for years. It kept me exactly where I was.
The first time I asked "what will it make me," I bought a car wash.
This is a real investment.
And it is not for everyone.
I am not saying a number on this call. I do not know you yet. I do not know your offer, I do not know your audience, and I do not know if this is right for you. It would be wrong for me to quote it to a room.
So here is how it works.
The next step is a call.
Go to onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
It is a three-minute application. Your offer, your audience, where you are right now.
If it is a fit, you book a call with my team. On that call we map your Wednesday, and we go over the investment and the options.
If it is not a fit, we will tell you. Honestly. I would rather tell you no than take your money for something that will not work for you.
The link is on the screen. onewebinarmachine.com/apply. It is going to stay there for the rest of tonight.
Now. Remember the someone I met?
The person I built my first real webinar with. The one who told me I was teaching too much.
Meet Chris. Chris Bruce.
We built my Wednesday together. His team has built them every day since. And his team is who builds yours.
He is coming on live right now.
Chris joins on camera. Hannah stays on screen. No photo slide, it is him live. Keep this whole section to five or six minutes.
CHRISHey everybody. Chris Bruce. Good to be here.
CHRISHannah, I remember that first conversation. You had ninety minutes of slides and every one of them was good. That was the problem.
Quick laugh. Chris takes the receipts.
CHRISLet me show you three quick receipts. Because Hannah said this works for people who are not Hannah, and I want you to see that with your own eyes.
CHRISThis is Jasmine. Course creator. One presentation, built by my team. Fifty-four thousand, eight hundred and ninety-one dollars in twenty-two days, selling her course.
CHRISResults not typical. That is her result. Her offer, her audience, her work. I am showing it so you can see the structure is the same one you just learned.
CHRISThis is Nichole. Same structure, running every week. That is her tracking dashboard, January to October.
CHRISEight hundred and eleven thousand this year, on a webinar my team built. This is the automated version, the one Hannah is going to talk about in a minute. It runs without her on camera.
CHRISAgain, results not typical. Not a promise. A receipt.
CHRISAnd this is Charles. One hundred and one thousand in one month.
CHRISHigh-ticket offer. Closed straight off the presentation. No calls. No chasing. Zero sales calls. The presentation did the selling, the same way Hannah's does.
CHRISResults not typical. Same disclaimer every time, because it is true every time.
CHRISHere is what the build actually looks like when it lands in your inbox.
CHRISYour script. Your deck. Your follow-up. Those are real pages from a real build.
CHRISYours looks like this. In your voice, with your name on the mechanism. The first thing my team does is the interview Hannah described. We do not write a word until we have heard you talk.
CHRISAnd this is the application. I want you to see it so there is no mystery.
CHRISonewebinarmachine.com/apply. Three minutes. Name, email, phone first, then six quick questions about your offer, your audience, and where you are.
CHRISIf it is a fit, you pick a time with the team on the very next screen. If it is not, you will hear that too.
CHRISSo here is where I hand it back to Hannah.
CHRISThe application is the next step. Go do it now. Not after the Q&A. Now, while she is talking. onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
CHRISHannah, back to you.
Hannah takes over. Chris can stay on for Q&A or drop, Hannah's call.
Thank you Chris.
And I want to say something about that. I did not have a Chris when I started. I had to go find him. You do not have to find him. He is right here.
Two more things, and then questions.
First. For everyone who applies tonight, there is a fast-action bonus.
It is called Live to Evergreen.
Remember Japan? Three hundred thousand dollars in a month while I was gone, zero calls?
That happened because at some point I took my converting Wednesday, the live one, and turned it into an automated webinar that ran every week without me on camera.
Apply tonight and we show you exactly how. The recording. The schedule. The follow-up. What changes and what stays the same.
That is the piece that turns one webinar into a business that runs while you live. And it is tonight only. Apply after tonight, it is not included.
I am putting it on tonight for a reason. The people who apply while they are in the room are the people who actually build the thing. The people who wait are the people I hear from a year later, still stuck. I would rather reward the first group.
Second. The real constraint.
We take on eight builds a month. That is it.
Not because of a scarcity trick. Because every one gets a real script, a real deck, and real follow-up, written by people who sat with you first. You cannot do that for fifty people a month. You can do it for eight.
When this month's eight are spoken for, the next ones start next month.
So if you are the type who says "I will do it next week," just know that next week might be next month.
One last thing.
A broke decision and a wealthy decision look exactly the same in the moment.
Both of them are scary. Both of them cost something. Both of them feel like a risk.
The only difference is who makes it.
The person who asks "what does it cost" makes one. The person who asks "what will it make me" makes the other.
You are one webinar away.
The only question is two years or thirty days.
I built mine the slow way. Two years. One flop. A lot of rewrites.
My team builds yours in thirty days. With the person who built mine.
Thirty days from now, you could be standing in front of your first Wednesday. Script on the monitor. Deck ready. Follow-up loaded. Strangers in the room. Or thirty days from now you could be exactly where you are tonight, with one more month gone. Same offer. Same story. Same you. The only variable is the well.
And you do not have to decide the whole thing tonight.
You have to decide whether to have the conversation.
That is all the application is. A conversation.
I said "let me think about it" for a year before my first webinar. That year cost me more than any investment I have ever made. Not in money. In the year.
onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
Three minutes. Go do it now, and then come back for questions.
Pause 10 seconds. Let people click. Read one or two "applied" messages if they come in.
Okay. Questions.
Drop them in the chat. The link stays on the screen the whole time. onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
Let me hit the ones I know are coming.
"I do not have a big audience."
You do not need one. You need strangers to find one day of the week.
I had nobody who cared about laundromats. Nobody. The Wednesday found them.
And everything points at the Wednesday, not at your course. That is a much easier ask for a stranger.
"What if I am not good on camera?"
You are reading a script off a monitor and clicking a deck. That is the whole job.
The structure carried me. I was not good on camera on my first Wednesday. I was nervous and I talked too fast. It still sold, because the structure was right.
"I already have a webinar."
Great. Then you have a story and an offer. We rebuild the middle.
Most of the time the fix is cutting half of what you teach. You already know where your room goes quiet. That is where the cut is.
"Do I have to do it every week?"
No.
You run it live until you have one that converts. Then you automate it.
And that one webinar runs for you every week without you on camera. That is how mine ran while I was in Japan. That is what the Live to Evergreen bonus shows you.
You do the live version to find the one that works. You do not do it forever.
"Can I just do it myself?"
Yes. I told you exactly how. I did not hold anything back on the structure.
It took me two years and a flop.
If you want the one webinar in thirty days, with the people who built mine, apply.
"How much is it?"
That is what the call is for. I do not know your offer yet.
Apply, and my team walks you through everything, including the options.
I am not going to quote a number to a room full of people with completely different offers. That would not be honest.
"Is this only for course creators?"
No. A course, coaching, a service, a program, a mentorship.
If you get people results, yes. This is for you.
Take 2 to 4 live questions from chat if time allows. Keep each answer under 45 seconds. Every answer ends with "apply, and we will go through it on the call."
Okay. Here is where we end.
You know what I teach. You have seen how I sold it. And you have seen what it bought.
You are one webinar away.
onewebinarmachine.com/apply.
Thank you for the ninety minutes. Go apply.
Hold the slide. End stream after 20 seconds.
